Welcome to Thebes was based in a dystopian Greek town which discussed themes of war, child soldiers and democracy. The play included political leaders and the common man as characters.

I learnt the basics of supervising during each stage of production from rehearsal, fitting, up to the dress and technical rehearsals. I was involved in sourcing the costumes from on-line shops, the high street and the Costume Store at Central School of Speech and Drama and was trusted with petty cash. I also learnt about buying doubles for the scenes involving mud and/or blood.
