As a personal project at university, I made a copy of the Cinderella servant dress from the Disney Live Action 2015 Film.

I developed many ladies-wear making skills whilst creating this dress, including pattern drafting and draping on the stand. I particularly enjoyed dyeing my fabric which involved sampling different mixtures of dye and used a dye vat for the process. Surface decoration was also key to the design. I decided to hand paint the flower pattern on to the skirt and bodice.
